Want to live in an all waterfront community in a more quiet Lake Norman location without giving up access to the interstate, great shopping and dining and metro Charlotte? Then you need to take a look at Mooresville’s Sisters Cove!

Nest Homes is developing the neighborhood located on the northeastern corner of Lake Norman near Cornelius Road. The community is located off I-77 at exit 36, where there is also a variety of shopping, dining and recreational activities to keep a family busy!

I-77 and amenities at West Plaza Drive are accessible via Bluefield Road from Sisters Cove, which is approximately 2.5 miles south of the neighborhood.

There are fewer than 60 homes total in Sisters Cove – 18 homes on smaller lots in the neighborhood’s Overlook community and the rest divided between Estate Row East and Estate Row West on either shore of Sisters Cove.

All lots have waterfront access and offer private boat slips. Community slips are also available for Overlook residents. When finished, Sisters Cove will include a dog park and walking trail for resident use.

Homes are 3-4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and vary in size from approximately 2,400 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.

There have been no resale homes in Sisters Cove. New sale prices for the 12 homes sold in the last year ranged from $668,000 to $1,353,572. The average sale price is $1.01 million.

There are currently 18 new homes on the market in Sisters Cove as of Nov.26. There are completed, partially completed and pre-construction new homes for sale. List prices range from $715,000 to $1,226,500.

Sisters Cove is zoned for Iredell County’s Lakeshore Elementary and Middle schools and Lake Norman High School.
