The Farm at Riverpointe is an inland community in the small but thriving college town of Davidson and is chock full of amenities for residents of all ages to enjoy and yet still close enough to Lake Norman to take advantage of the many activities, shops and restaurants around the lake.

The college competes in NCAA Div. I for 21 sports. Even Davidson College’s beautiful campus has been designated a national arboretum and is worth walking through.

A total of 64 homes sold in The Farm at Riverpointe during the last 12-month period. The average sales price for those homes was $237,136 and approximately $96 per square foot.
Currently, there are 17 homes listed for sale in The Farm at Riverpointe. Nine of the homes are under contract as of July 3.
The Farm at Riverpointe is currently zoned for Cabarrus County’s Charles E. Boger and Odell Elementary schools, Harris Middle School and Cox Mill High School.
