Spotlight: Denver’s Eastwind Cove on Lake Norman

Located off Webbs Road, Eastwind Cove is convenient to Denver’s local shopping and dining, and is only 20-25 minutes from the eastern shore lake towns of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson.

Uptown Charlotte and all its fine dining, entertainment and professional sporting events is less than 45 minutes away via Highway 16 and I-485.

Eastwind Cove was begun in 2007 before the recession and is still being built out. There are both new construction, resale and pre-construction sites for sale in the neighborhood.

Homes in Eastwind Cove range from approximately 3,000 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet on wooded home lots. H&H Homes is currently building in the neighborhood (as of Dec. 4, 2016) and has homes starting in the high $200s and starting at 2,300 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet.

Lot sizes vary from nearly a half acre to more than 1 acre.

A total of 11 homes have sold in the last year for an average sales price of $321,079 and approximately $96 per square foot. Sales in that period averaged 100.4% of list price.

Currently, there are 14 homes listed for sale in Eastwind Cove. Only 4 of the homes are under contract as of Dec. 4. List prices range from $300,000 to nearly $1 million.

Children living in Eastwind Cove attend Lincoln County’s Rock Springs Elementary and North Lincoln Middle and High schools.
