Fernbrook is a Lake Norman-area residential community located in beautiful Mooresville and is convenient to great schools, the water and interstate access.

The neighborhood is tucked away on a cove between Brawley School Road and West Plaza Drive, just south of Lake Norman High School.

Fernbook is minutes from I-77 access at West Plaza Drive. Downtown Mooresville is only 5 miles away. The neighboring lake towns of Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville are only 15-20 minutes away via I-77. Birkdale Village is approximately 20 minutes south and has a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a movie theater.

A commute to the Charlotte metro area is approximately 28 miles south of Fernbrook, while Statesville and I-40 are only 18 miles north. West Plaza Drive (Highway 150) also takes you west across Lake Norman to Sherrills Ford and Denver.

There are many golf courses, country clubs and marinas in the area, so recreational activities are not hard to find!

Neighborhood amenities for Fernbrook residents include a community boat ramp, secure boat storage lot, pool and clubhouse.

Fernbrook homes were built in the late 1990s to early 2000s.

Homes in the neighborhood are mainly brick veneer with some siding or full brick veneer. The homes range from more than 2,000 square feet to about 3,500 square feet. Lot sizes vary from about one-third of an acre to nearly an acre.

Seven homes sold in Fernbook during the last 12 months at an average sales price of $377,486 and nearly $125 per square foot. Those 7 sales averaged 98% of list price.
